cheney has parts right: barbarism and civil societies and civilization.

however, the american government and their puppets are just as guilty of barbarism. if the us continues as it, they will continue to threaten civilization. between the us government’s so-called war on terror, their foreign policy, illegal wars, and passing off their form of democracy to the rest of the world, they are more delusional than ever.
